The hotel had marvellous and incredible location so close to the bars, the historic district and the shops, the college, restaurants, the fort, and a lovely view of the water. Location was the only thing thing they had going for them ...and then charged an addtional $7.00 per night for parking

The room was updated, very clean, and available with a great view and shampoo. the location was magnificent, right by all the shopping and restaurants in downtown and near the college, fort, and shops. - You can find Castillo Ice Cream near the hotel to have lunch there.

Location.
There was absolutely no hot water in afternoon or evening or late at night or in the morning! Water was briefly barely lukewarm late at night. Reception desk staff when notified expressed no concern; said "I've heard of that happening before...." We left with the impression that no hot water is the norm at this motel! With taxes, we paid $184.00 for the night. For that much money, they should provide consistent hot water to the motel rooms.

Clean place with accommodating and professional staff and wonderful view of the bay. Comfy location for our visit to St George Street a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Loved very very nice area.

The venue met every demand, would recommend it. Dinner and breakfast food was fabulous! Overall rooms were large and immaculate. I was pleased to have a microwave oven, climate control, and an iron in the room.

Great location, gorgeous view of the intracoastal waterway between the Fort and Bridge of Lions, convenient to everything. Older place but updated well. Staff was very helpful with some parking issues and overall was more than helpful and courteous.
